The Faith Community Partnership (FCP) Against HIV/AIDS is a collaboration of local faith communities of various denominations that organized on February 8, 2001, in response to the increasing rise of HIV/AIDS cases in the State of Delaware and surrounding communities. Understanding the unique and powerful presence of faith communities, there is the belief that faith communities can and should be a useful tools in HIV/AIDS prevention and education while serving as a place of comfort and refuge for those who are infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS.

The Faith Community Partnership (FCP) hosts the following annual programs: National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day event (Feb. 7th), the Week of Prayer for The Healing of AIDS Service (first week of March) and the World AIDS Day ecumenical service (2nd Saturday in December- Ezion Mount Carmel UMC 800 N.
